Bedroom furniture and loft rooms

Wardrobes are only part of a bedroom. We also make the pieces around them: bedside cabinets, chests of drawers, dressing tables, seating, TV units and furniture for rooms that standard furniture will not fit. Everything is made to order in our Kirkby workshop, so it can match your wardrobes exactly or be designed as a piece on its own.

Matching sets

For a traditional bedroom, a wardrobe with matching drawers and bedside cabinets ties the room together. We make them in the same door style, finish and handle as the wardrobe. In Aughton we made a blue shaker wardrobe with matching bedside cabinets and a dressing table, finished with cornice and traditional knobs. In Crosby we made twin bedside tables to match a cashmere shaker wardrobe, with a slightly smaller handle. In Liverpool we made two dark walnut side tables to go with replacement sliding doors.

Loft rooms and awkward spaces

Loft rooms and rooms with sloping ceilings are where standard furniture fails. With pitched ceilings, you cannot fit ordinary wardrobes, so we make the furniture to follow the roof. For one Liverpool loft we made angled wardrobes and drawers from wood effect panels with mirrored full-height doors, adjustable open shelves for shoes and matching skirting and filler panels from floor to ceiling. A matching worktop on both sides gives space for personal items.

Dressing rooms

For a large family home in Liverpool, working with the client's builder, we made a master bedroom and dressing room in shaker style: a full-height mirrored wardrobe and long drawer run in the bedroom, and a central island, make-up area, seating and corner wardrobe in the dressing room, with crystal handles and LED lighting.

Finishes and handles

Choose from the same doors and finishes as our wardrobes: slab, shaker, panel and mirror, in vinyl, painted, gloss, wood effect or real wood, with a wide choice of handles. Lighting can be added to dressing tables, shelves and drawers.
